Description

WD3329 is suitable for outdoor durable Polyester/TGIC powder coating, epoxy, epoxy polyester, hybrid and PU etc. It is a matting agent based on modified polyethylene wax. This new matting agent has been specially developed by us to provide the above coating with low gloss and smooth matte surfaces.

Melting range: 105-115°C 

Appearance: pale yellow powder

Application: Can reduce the gloss of PES/TGIC powder coating by up to 30 (60%) without significantly damaging weathering, flow and mechanical properties.
It can be used as a modifier to improve coating surface hardness and anti-mar properties when desired at less than 1.0% based on the total formulation.
