1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Azodicarbonamide（ADC）, also known as azodicarbonic acid diamide or 1,1’-azobisformamide, and its blends continue to be the world’s most commonlyused chemical blowing agent. WELLCELLTM ADC PF-C decomposes at temperatures of 205-210℃, evolving
220-240ml/g of gas, primarily N2, with lesser amounts of CO, CO2, and NH3. Its decomposition temperature can be reduced to as low as 135℃ through the addition of activators or kickers, to match the desired processing method and polymer to be
foamed. Common activators include zinc oxide, zinc stearate, many tin or zinc-containing PVC stabilizers, urea, alcohol amines, and some organic acids such as stearic acid.

2. APPLICATIONS
NBR/PVC foam insulation materials, PVC flooring, PVC synthetic leather, PVC slippers,shoe sole,wallpaper, and floor mats are just some of the many products which use WELLCELL ADC PF-C as a blowing agent.
